Data we collect
We collect data you provide voluntarily when you register or place an order (name, email, shipping address, optional phone) and technical browsing data (anonymized IP address, device type, pages visited) if you consent to analytics cookies.
Purpose
Your data is used to manage your account, process and ship your orders, handle inquiries, comply with legal obligations (invoicing) and, if you accept, improve the site through aggregate analytics and notify you of news by email.
Legal basis
Performance of contract (purchases), consent (analytics and marketing), legitimate interest (security and service improvement) and legal obligations (invoicing, tax law).
Retention period
Your account data is kept while it remains active. Order data is kept for the legally required period (minimum 5 years under tax law). Analytics metrics are kept according to the Google Analytics 4 settings (14 months by default).
Data processors
We use the following providers: Supabase (data hosting in the EU), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional emails), Vercel (web hosting) and Google Analytics (analytics, if you accept). Each one has its own data protection guarantees.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to processing, request portability and limitation of the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to us via the contact section. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
