Data we collect
We collect data you provide voluntarily when you register or place an order (name, email, shipping address, optional phone) and technical browsing data (anonymized IP address, device type, pages visited) if you consent to analytics cookies.
Purpose
Your data is used to manage your account, process and ship your orders, handle inquiries, comply with legal obligations (invoicing) and, if you accept, improve the site through aggregate analytics and notify you of news by email.
Legal basis
We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of the contract (managing your account, processing and shipping orders, and handling incidents); compliance with legal obligations (invoicing and tax and accounting regulations); consent (analytics cookies, newsletter and commercial communications), which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal; and legitimate interest, consisting of ensuring the security of the site, preventing order fraud and responding to the enquiries you send us.
Retention period
Your account data is kept while it remains active. Order data is kept for the legally required period (minimum 5 years under tax law). Analytics metrics are kept according to the Google Analytics 4 settings (14 months by default).
Data processors
We use the following providers: Supabase (data hosting in the EU), Redsys Servicios de Procesamiento, S.L. (payment processing through BBVA's virtual POS), Resend (transactional emails), Vercel (web hosting) and Google Analytics (analytics, if you accept). Each one has its own data protection guarantees.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, delete it, object to its processing, request its portability and the limitation of processing, as well as to withdraw at any time any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@unversoandaluz.es stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).
